Robert C. Hoene founded what is now known as Hoene & Worrell in 1978. John P. Worrell joined the firm in 2001, and in 2006, the firm became Hoene & Worrell. After more than forty years of practicing law, Bob Hoene retired from the practice of law, but John Worrell is carrying on the firm’s long established reputation of providing quality legal services.

John Worrell, a 1995 magna cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, is carrying on the firm’s long established reputation of providing quality legal services to clients throughout the state of Minnesota. As a solo practitioner with more than twenty-five years of experience, John’s primary practice areas are Probate and Trust Administration, including legal counsel for Personal Representatives, Trustees, and Beneficiaries, for both uncontested Estates and Trusts, as well as disputes that involve litigation. John also assists families needing advice regarding Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Real Estate matters. He serves on the Litigation/Dispute Resolution Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association Probate/Trust Section, and is liaison to the Legislative Committee.
